The KORIMAT kettle autoclave, which has been used successfully in butcher’s shops and commercial kitchens for over 60 years, is a universal appliance for the food sector in which you can cook, steam or sterilize food with positive pressure, negative pressure (vacuum) or without pressure. It offers you many possibilities:

As an autoclave for sterilization with core temperature measurement and F-value determination.
As a pressure pressure cooker for cooking meat, vegetables, soups and ready meals.
Of course, you can also use the KORIMAT as a normal kettle.
The KORIMAT is manufactured in three different sizes. This allows you to produce small, medium and large batches – all of the highest quality, of course. The precise pressure control allows you to sterilize a wide range of packaging types.

As the KORIMAT is a pressure vessel, the manufacture of the appliance is subject to various legal regulations, which we naturally observe carefully during production.
